About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Azure Administrator to manage and maintain our Azure cloud environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud infrastructure management, with a focus on Microsoft Azure services. You will be responsible for ensuring the availability, performance, and security of our cloud resources, as well as optimizing our cloud infrastructure to meet the needs of our growing business.

• Azure Infrastructure Management:
  • Deploy, manage, and monitor cloud resources on Microsoft Azure.
  • Implement and manage virtual networks, storage accounts, VMs, and other Azure services.
  • Ensure high availability and disaster recovery configurations for critical Azure resources.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and perform regular updates.
• Security and Compliance:
  • Implement and maintain security best practices in Azure, including identity and access management (IAM), encryption, and threat protection.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations by managing security configurations and audits.
  • Configure and manage Azure Security Center and Azure Active Directory.
• Automation and Scripting:
  • Automate cloud operations using PowerShell, Azure CLI, or ARM templates.
  • Develop and maintain scripts for automated deployment, configuration, and monitoring.
• Backup and Recovery:
  • Implement and manage backup strategies for Azure resources.
  • Configure and manage Azure Site Recovery for business continuity.
• Cost Management:
  • Monitor and optimize Azure usage to manage costs effectively.
  • Provide recommendations for cost-saving measures and resource optimization.
• Collaboration and Support:
  • Collaborate with development, operations, and security teams to design and implement cloud solutions.
  • Provide support and guidance to internal teams on Azure best practices.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience as an Azure Administrator or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure services, including compute, storage, networking, and security.
• Experience with Azure Resource Manager (ARM) templates, PowerShell, and Azure CLI.
• Familiarity with cloud governance, cost management, and security best practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Azure certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate) are a plus.
