GENERAL OFFICE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare approved data for board reports, grant proposals, development projects, etc.
- Oversee the data input process, ensuring conformity to best practices, as well as established internal processes. Maintain instructional materials (manuals).
- Improve data collection and reporting systems by studying current practices, designing modifications, and implementing change within the organization.
- Validate program data and provide feedback. Monitor project progress by tracking activity, resolving problems, and recommending actions in progress reports.
- Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources, when needed.
- Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
- Train end users on new reports and dashboards.
- Report weekly stats on key areas (total lodging, total meals, total classes taught, total chapel service attendance, etc.) and any recent compelling stories to the CEO and Chief Development Officer.
- Provide ongoing support and training for databases and systems.
- Maintain organizational Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) files.
- Prepare annual Board Program Outcomes Report.
- Administer, assist with, and collect quarterly Guest/Resident Satisfaction Surveys and Program Response Plans from Crisis and Life Recovery Supervisors.
- Administer, assist with, and collect quarterly 90 Day Census reports from Crisis Supervisors.
- Compile Citygate Snapshot Surveys and report outcomes.
- Collaborate with Mission Tracker, IT and other third parties to draft improvements and receive quotes for implementing upgrades, patches and mods for optimizing computerized data entry and reporting.

SPIRITUAL RESPONSIBILITIES

- 3nvest in the spiritual development of staff, guests, residents, and donors.
- Pray for and with staff, volunteers, guests, residents, and donors.
- Ensure actions and policies reflect the Christian values and purpose of the Mission.
- Handle relational conflicts according to the Staff Covenant of Romans 12:18 and Matthew 18:15-19
- Memorize monthly Scripture, Mission Statement, and Mission Core Values.
- Participate in corporate prayer and Scripture reading, staff chapel services, and all spiritual gatherings. Support and attend annual mandatory Evangelism In-Service training to grow in knowledge of leading others to faith in Christ.
- Participate in annual spiritual growth training through organization selected curriculum.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Organizational skills with minimum requirement High School Diploma or GED, Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Computer abilities including, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and database and scheduling software
- Compassion toward the poor, needy, and homeless. Display respect, gentleness, and accountability when interacting with guests/residents ensuring the safety, health and well-being of all of our staff, volunteers, and Mission guests
