The Role
This is a leadership role with a strong focus on operational excellence, people development, and continuous improvement. You'll use data and insights to make informed decisions, manage risk, and help shape the future of our statistician network.
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management across the global statistician network.
- Manage and develop a team of analysts, providing coaching, direction, and support.
- Monitor data quality, performance trends, and compliance, taking action where needed.
- Act as an escalation point for statistician performance, training, onboarding, and client queries.
- Drive process improvements, risk management, and operational efficiency across the function.
- Experience leading and developing teams in a fast-paced operational environment.
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to prioritise effectively and perform under pressure.
- Strong coaching and people leadership capabilities.
- Excellent English and proficiency with Microsoft Office; Power BI is a plus.
- You have knowledge of football, basketball, volleyball, or other major sports.
- You have experience working with distributed or global workforces.
- You have experience with reporting and data visualisation tools.
