As a Statistician Recruitment and Training Analyst, you will take an important part in the implementation of the necessary procedures for a centralized and uniform approach towards recruitment and training of statisticians. You will ensure that all recruitment practices as well as training material are up-to-date and will actively guide statisticians during their onboarding phase.
Main Responsibilities
• Post and maintain statistician job ads across all necessary platforms.
• Filter and review statistician candidates. Conduct interviews with shortlisted applicants.
• Provide recruitment planning assistance to the Statistician Network Coordinators.
• Profile creation and access management for new statisticians in all necessary platforms.
• Monitor and analyze the efficiency of the training & onboarding process of statisticians.
• Occasional communication with statisticians during their training/onboarding phase.
• Coordinate the training and testing process of the statisticians.
• Recheck of statisticians' training matches.
• Creation and maintenance of all statistician training materials.
• Monitor compliance regarding training and onboarding procedures across the network .
• Prepare and conduct statistician workshops/seminars.
• Preparation of periodic and one-off reports.
Requirements
• Excellent command of the English language.
• Methodical and analytical approach to problem solving.
• Ability to deal with challenges and be efficient under pressure.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Data management skills and strong MS Office competence (PowerBI knowledge is a plus).
• Self-motivated, organized, and highly efficient personality.
• Knowledge of the rules of Football, Basketball, Volleyball, and a variety of other sports
