The Role

As a Statistician Expenses Analyst, you will take responsibility for approving the statisticians' ticket and travel expenses, along with processing a variety of payment requests. The role will be tasked with constant monitoring and analysis of statistician network budget and how to achieve better cost efficiency. 

Main Responsibilities

• Recheck and approve expenses reports submitted by statisticians worldwide.  
• Review expense reports and receipts for compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Monitor and ensure timely submission of expense reports by statisticians.
• Communicate with statisticians and their line managers regarding any Expenses matters.
• Preparation of periodic and one-off reports.
• Timely identification of all payment-related operational risks.
• Monitor the statistician network budget and flag discrepancies between actual and budgeted amounts.

Required Skills:

• Excellent command of the English language.
• Methodical and analytical approach to problem solving.
• Self-motivated, organized, and highly efficient personality.
• Ability to deal with challenges and be efficient under pressure.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Data management skills and strong MS Office competence (PowerBI knowledge is a plus).
