Job Description

Join the team at our rental station in Kastrup as a full-time Station Agent – ​​Provide fleet expertise and exceptional service!

Are you passionate about working with vehicles and delivering exceptional customer service? We are looking for a motivated Station Agent to join our team and play a key role in maintaining our fleet to the highest standard, while providing first-class service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling reservations and rental agreements

• Review and Inspection: Perform thorough inspections using our checklist to ensure all vehicles are road legal and ultimately ready for delivery to customers.

• Vehicle Delivery and Collection: Deliver and collect vehicles according to customer needs.

• Damage and Maintenance Identification: Be aware of any damage or maintenance issues and report them.

• Collaboration with management: Work closely with the Station Manager to assist with all tasks, including vehicle movements, customer service and business development.

• Customer service: Maintain a high level of service so that all interactions are professional and meet company standards.

What we are looking for:

• Driving license B: You must hold a valid driving license at all times

• Strong customer service skills: The ability to communicate professionally and provide world-class customer service.

• Stability: You must be able to meet deadlines and take independent responsibility for tasks. We have changing meeting times, so you must be able to work weekends, evenings and public holidays.

• Language skills: You must be fluent in both Danish and English, both spoken and written. It is a plus if you can speak a third language such as German

Working hours are placed during the opening hours of the station, and you can expect weekend shifts every 2nd or 3rd weekend. You will become part of a fixed shift schedule that takes into account both staffing needs and employee wishes. During high seasons and at peak times, there may be the possibility of extra shifts if you want more hours.

  • Levering og afhentning af køretøjer: Lever og afhent køretøjer i henhold til kundens behov.
  • Identifikation af skader og vedligeholdelse: Vær opmærksom på eventuelle skader eller vedligeholdelsesproblemer, og rapportér disse.
  • Samarbejde med ledelsen: Arbejd tæt sammen med Station Manager for at assistere med alle opgaver, herunder køretøjsbevægelser, kundeservice og forretningsudvikling.
  • Kundeservice: Oprethold et højt serviceniveau, så alle interaktioner er professionelle og lever op til virksomhedens standarder.

  • Kørekort B: Du skal til enhver tid være i besiddelse af et gyldigt kørekort
  • Stærke kundeservicekompetencer: Evnen til at kommunikere professionelt og levere kundeservice i verdensklasse.
  • Stabilitet: Du skal være mødestabil og i stand til at tage selvstændigt ansvar for opgaver. Vi har skiftende mødetider, så man skal kunne arbejde i weekenden, om aftenen og i helligdagene.
  • Sprogkompetencer: Du skal beherske både dansk og engelsk mundtligt og skriftligt. Det er et plus hvis du kan tale et tredje sprog som f.eks tysk

Arbejdstiderne er placeret i åbningstiden for stationen, og du kan forvente weekendvagter hver 2. eller 3. weekend.
