Job Summary:The State and Utility Incentive Analyst focuses on supporting state and utility grant and rebate programs. The analyst will be responsible for researching available funding opportunities, tracking program requirements and timelines, and compiling and organizing data to support applications and compliance.
Responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and submitting grant and rebate documents and applications
- Coordinating with internal departments to gather required information
- Engaging with state agencies and utilities to clarify program details and maintain strong relationships
- Assisting with monitoring awards, ensuring ongoing reporting and documentation are completed accurately
- Serving as a resource to the Market Development team on special projects related to state and utility incentives
Qualifications:
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Self-motivated: proactively assume responsibilities, with ability to operate effectively with high energy and flexibility in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Ability to collaborate across departments within the company
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent analytical skills
- Interest or prior knowledge of electric vehicles, transportation, and/or energy a plus
