Owns utility interconnection and new-service programs across approximately 100 sites in 20+ states. Leads utility diligence, applications, approvals, service upgrades, tariff selection, cost inputs, utility coordination, and external partners. Maintains aggressive schedules alongside design and permitting, negotiates phased or partial interconnection agreements, resolves utility roadblocks, and develops standardized utility playbooks and territory requirements.

Produces high-volume conceptual CAD design packages for EV charging, battery energy storage, and edge compute sites. Creates site layouts, equipment configurations, markups, revisions, and drawing packages through issued-for-permit stages. Reviews external drafting partner work, maintains CAD standards and templates, incorporates site constraints, tracks utility and AHJ requirements, and quality-checks drawings before approvals and engineering handoff.

Lead engineering design packages from concept to permit-ready for EV charging, BESS, and edge compute sites. Produce and review design documents, manage external engineering partners, interpret utility and AHJ requirements, and support contractor selection and repository development for standards and requirements.

Support and manage project finance transactions by underwriting, building and owning financial models, performing deal diligence, managing datarooms, and collaborating cross-functionally to optimize asset pricing and close financings and tax credit transfers.

Manage delivery of a 100+ site portfolio of EV charging, BESS, and edge compute projects from construction-ready through energization and operational handoff. Responsibilities include selecting and managing contractors, owning budgets, schedules, quality, and safety, coordinating utilities and inspections, overseeing commissioning, resolving field issues, managing change orders, and supporting installed-cost modeling. The role requires approximately 25% travel for regular site visits.

Supports development of electric fleet electrification projects from initial scoping through contract execution. Responsibilities include coordinating site diligence, permitting, utility requirements, engineering and construction cost estimates, project schedules, budgets, equipment selection, subcontractor deliverables, and handoff to implementation teams. The role collaborates with engineering, legal, finance, commercial, utilities, and external consultants, with increasing autonomy over time.

Support state and utility grant and rebate programs by researching funding opportunities, preparing applications, coordinating internal stakeholders, engaging agencies/utilities, tracking requirements and reporting, and assisting Market Development on incentive projects.

Support development of electric fleet projects by documenting scopes, budgets, timelines, and equipment selection. Coordinate with engineering, utilities, permitting, and consultants to finalize site designs, cost estimates, and interconnection requirements. Track schedules and budgets, assist handoffs to implementation, and improve work scoping processes.

Lead FP&A forecasting and treasury activities, partner cross-functionally to improve forecast accuracy, automate reporting, support cash/P&L forecasting, engage banks and vendors, and present results to executive leadership.
