We are looking for an experienced State Head to lead and drive the overall business operations across the assigned state. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in the Gold Loan/NBFC sector with proven leadership and business development skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive overall business growth and profitability across the state.
- Manage and monitor branch performance, productivity, and target achievement.
- Lead, mentor, and develop Regional Managers, Branch Managers, and field teams.
- Develop business strategies to increase Gold Loan portfolio and market share.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, RBI guidelines, and operational standards.
- Monitor branch audits, risk management, and portfolio quality.
- Analyze MIS reports and implement corrective actions to improve performance.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth business operations.
- Recruit, train, and retain high-performing teams.
RequirementsRequirements
Minimum 10+ years of experience in the NBFC, BFSI, Gold Loan, or Investment sector, with proven experience in a Regional Manager or equivalent leadership position.
