You will be guided by Associate Development Manager, with further support from Ray White WA Sales Performance Coaches and the wider Ray White training ecosystem.

With a combination of hands-on learning, practical accountability and formal training, you will be supported to build skill, confidence and momentum in the right order.

  • bi-weekly call sessions designed to sharpen prospecting skills in a fun and competitive environment
  • monthly associate meetings focused on wins, challenges and shared learning
  • quarterly associate challenges that drive growth and reward performance
  • access to NurtureCloud-focused accountability through the 500 Club
  • exposure to major Ray White training events and prospecting initiatives
  • coaching from high-level industry speakers and performers

The Ray White playbooks position early success around prospecting consistency, database growth, market appraisals, buyer conversations, campaign support and increasing responsibility over time.

  • A registered Sales Representative, or has commenced the registration course CPP41419 Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice
