The STARS Improvement Professional 2 / Analyst develops, implements, and impacts the company's Medicare / Medicaid Stars Program. Contributes to all Stars quality improvement programs and initiatives.

Required Qualifications
-
Bachelor's Degree
-
Reside in Florida
-
2 or more years of Healthcare experience
-
1 or more years of experience creating automated reports and self-service tools
-
In-depth experience in Microsoft Excel including formulas, pivots, charts, and graphs

Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications including Word, and PowerPoint
-
Understanding of metrics, trends and the ability to analyze and identify gaps in care
Preferred Qualifications

Master's Degree

Experience with SQL which includes the ability to create reports from scratch and also run existing reports

Proven organizational and prioritization skills and ability to collaborate with multiple departments

Understanding of CMS Stars, performance measures, HEDIS knowledge and experience

Background working in Quality improvements

Experience with tools such as SAS, Power BI, SSIS, Power Apps, Power Automate, Tableau, Qlikview and/or Microsoft Access for running analysis, automating processes, or creating dashboards, self-service tools, and data visualizations

Data analysis, experience with relational databases

Pay Range
The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
$63,400 - $87,400 per year
This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
