Job Description

To lead the strategic direction, development, commercialisation, and operational excellence of Personal and Private Banking's digital wallet ecosystem. The role is accountable for driving sustainable growth, financial performance, client adoption, and innovation of wallet-based financial services, while ensuring regulatory compliance, robust risk management, and seamless integration with the broader banking and payments ecosystem.

Personal and Private Banking
1-2 years
Experience in strategy development, product management, partnerships, and ecosystem building

5-7 years
Leadership experience managing teams and delivering commercial outcomes in financial services or digital platforms

8-10 years
Experience in digital banking, payments, fintech, or mobile financial services, including wallet ecosystems, merchant acquiring, or card/payments infrastructure
