Job Description
The Role
The Italy KETL team manages the processes of identification, capture, use and sharing of legal knowledge and expertise within the Firm.
The team mainly manages and covers:
- Training (periodic seminars, induction and training events for internal Fee Earners and clients);
- Library, data base and research assistance;
- Collection and sharing of legislative updates and news and guidelines of sector authorities;
- Know-how collection (legal precedents) and templates production and updating.
What you will do
You will be given the chance to work closely with and support all our practice areas (Corporate M&A, Global Financial Markets, Litigation & Dispute Resolution and Tax, Pensions & Employment) through jurisprudential and doctrinal research activities or by playing the role of reference in the library (e.g. Help in consulting X-lege, help in searching for collections, etc.).
This means that you will develop outstanding organisational skills as well as developing superb research abilities.

Qualifications
Your experience
- You are ideally at the fourth or at the beginning of fifth year of university, with an excellent academic background and an excellent knowledge of the English language.
- You are interested in exploring and approaching an international law firm and deepening your knowledge of the different practices of a firm, with the aim of identifying one of your interests for your future career.
- You will be a self-starter but also a team player with strong communication, analytical and drafting skills, able to managing different work-streams.
