Summer Student/Intern working with office brokers representing a landlord to market their properties:

• Tenant Research: Identify and compile a list of potential tenants by researching businesses that may need office space, including startups, expanding companies, and local businesses. Via on-line research and walking nearby buildings
• Cold Calling: Reach out to potential tenants via phone calls to introduce the office building, discuss leasing options, and schedule tours.
• Maintain a professional attitude and sincere work ethic.

Specific Skills:

• Organized self-starter who shows great attention to detail.
• Strength in verbal and written communication skills, ideally bilingual.
• Ability to work independently and proactively.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
• Applicants must be enrolled in a post-secondary program.
• Marketing background/experience preferred.
• Comfortable making cold calls

The role will be based out of our office at 999 boul. de Maisonneuve W, Montreal and in the office full-time, beginning May 5. There is potential to earn bonuses based on broker determined success criteria.
