During this internship, you will contribute to the development of a cutting-edge AI Digital Assistant within the Transaction Processing area at Rabobank. You will help map IT-infrastructures and business processes into a digital twin, combining advanced monitoring tools and AI to provide actionable insights for operators. Your work will directly influence how payment traffic is monitored and optimised.
 

You will join a small, innovative team working on a new web application, where your ideas and skills will help redesign and elevate the user experience from the ground up. The internship duration is flexible, typically 5 to 6 months full-time, but part-time arrangements (minimum 24 hours per week) are also possible.
 

• Redesigning and building a web application for the AI Digital Assistant
• Integrating monitoring tools and digital twin technology into the web interface
• Enhancing user experience and interface design for operators
• Collaborating with developers to implement new features and improve the architecture for the AI Digital Assistant
   

Period: 5–6 months (flexible) Hours per week: 24–36 (negotiable)
Location: Hybrid - Utrecht, Winthontlaan (2 days in office, 3 days working from home)

As a Front-End DevOps Engineer, you know the secrets of:

• Designing and building web applications, preferably in Azure (web app and function app)
• Working with Python (the core of our codebase)
• Applying frameworks such as Flask and FastAPI (pre)
• Creating smooth and user-friendly interfaces for operators
• Collaborating in a small, agile team and contributing to both architecture and UX/UI

• Enrolled in a degree program in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, with a keen interest in front-end development and cloud technologies.
