L’ufficio Spedizioni della sede di Montecchio Maggiore offre un’opportunità di stage della durata di 6 mesi ad una persona diplomata o laureata in ambito logistico o equivalente.
Lo stage è finalizzato al supporto delle attività dell'area legate alla gestione documentale e logistica delle spedizioni, contribuendo così al corretto flusso dei materiali in uscita.
Attività previste
Supporto nella preparazione e verifica della documentazione di trasporto (es. DDT, fatture e packing list)
Collaborazione con altri reparti per garantire la corretta evasione delle spedizioni
Supporto nella risoluzione di problematiche legate alla gestione documentale di spedizione
Supporto nella gestione ed interazione con i trasportatori
Supporto nelle attività di archiviazione e gestione documentale in ambito logistico e doganale
Requisiti
Titolo di studio: diploma tecnico o laurea in ambito logistico o equivalente
Conoscenza base della documentazione di trasporto e doganale
Buone capacità organizzative e attenzione ai dettagli
Attitudine al problem solving e alla gestione degli imprevisti
Ottime doti comunicative e relazionali
Conoscenza della lingua inglese
Utilizzo di strumenti informatici (es. Excel, ERP aziendali)
CONTRATTO: Stage 6 mesi
RIMBORSO SPESE: €510 - €720 al mese + mensa aziendale gratuita
