VOS MISSIONS

Nos stagiaires sont intégrés à l’équipe pour seconder les collaborateurs, comme les associés, dans le cadre de missions en lien avec les dossiers en cours. Ils participent notamment à la rédaction de mémos en français et en anglais, à la préparation de conclusions, à des projets de contrats et procèdent également à des recherches juridiques approfondies. Nos stagiaires peuvent être amenés à assister aux rendez-vous clients et accompagner les avocats lors d’audiences judiciaires.

VOTRE PROFIL

Vous êtes à la recherche d’un stage en Restructuring & Insolvency, vous bénéficiez d'un excellent parcours universitaire en droit des affaires (niveau Master 2), titulaire du CRFPA (ou en cours de préparation), éventuellement accompagné d'un diplôme d'IEP/Ecole de commerce ou/et LLM.  Vous disposez également d’un très bon niveau d’anglais vous permettant d’évoluer aisément auprès de notre clientèle internationale.

Vous souhaitez rejoindre une équipe dynamique, développer votre expertise dans un environnement stimulant en travaillant sur des dossiers variés.

YOUR ROLE
 

Our interns join the legal team to assist the associates, as well as the partners, in assignments related to current cases. In particular. they participate in the drafting of memoranda in French and English, preparing closing briefs, drafting pleadings and also carrying out in-depth legal research. Our trainees may be given the opportunity to attend client meetings and accompany lawyers to court hearings.

YOUR PROFILE

You are looking for an internship in Restructuring & Insolvency Law, you have an excellent academic background in business law (Master 2 level), you hold the CRFPA (French Bar Examination) or are in the process of preparing it, possibly together with a diploma from an Institute of Political Studies/Business School and/or an LLM. You also have a very good level of English, enabling you to work with ease with our international clients.

You wish to join a dynamic team and develop your expertise in a stimulating environment by working on a variety of files.
