The Role

Marketing and Sales intern supporting lead management, qualification, enrichment, CRM data quality, lead generation, nurturing, and follow-up. The role analyzes target accounts, market segments, sales funnels, campaign performance, KPIs, and prepares Excel reports. It also supports outbound lead generation through trade fairs and events while collaborating with Marketing and Sales teams.

Per il nostro team Marketing & Sales siamo alla ricerca di una risorsa da inserire in stage con focus su Lead Management, analisi dati e supporto alle attività commerciali.

La persona lavorerà a stretto contatto con Marketing e Sales, contribuendo alla gestione e qualificazione dei lead, all’analisi dei dati e al monitoraggio delle attività di lead generation.

Principali attività:

Supporto nella gestione, qualificazione e arricchimento dei lead
Aggiornamento e mantenimento della qualità dei dati nel CRM
Analisi di target account, segmenti di mercato e potenziali clienti
Supporto alle attività di lead generation e lead nurturing
Analisi del sales funnel e delle performance delle campagne
Preparazione di report, KPI e analisi tramite Excel
Supporto a fiere, eventi e iniziative di outbound lead generation
Collaborazione con Marketing e Sales per il follow-up dei lead

Profilo ricercato:

Studente o neolaureato/a in Economia, Marketing, Ingegneria Gestionale, Statistica, Data Analysis o discipline affini
Buona/ottima conoscenza di Microsoft Excel
Spiccata capacità analitica e attenzione alla qualità del dato
Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese
Precisione, curiosità e capacità organizzative
Interesse per Marketing B2B, Sales, Business Development e mercati industriali

Costituiscono un plus la conoscenza di CRM, Power BI o Power Query.

Tipologia: stage di 6 mesi con possibile rinnovo

Orario: 8.00 - 17.00

Economics: 800€/mese + ticket mensa da 8€/die

Skills Required

Currently studying or recently graduated in Economics, Marketing, Management Engineering, Statistics, Data Analysis, or a related discipline
Good or excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Strong analytical skills and attention to data quality
Good knowledge of English
Precision, curiosity, and organizational skills
Interest in B2B marketing, sales, business development, and industrial markets
Knowledge of CRM systems
Knowledge of Power BI or Power Query
