Are you looking for a first work experience in HR Department? We are offering the opportunity to join our Euroapi Italy HR team as an intern in Brindisi plant.

You will be part of an international Human Resources team that is committed to creating an inclusive work culture where we live our values. In HR, you will support Euroapi’s business growth as a newly formed CDMO and global leader in small molecule APIs by attracting, engaging, and developing our employees to reinvent active ingredient solutions to sustainability meet customers and patients’ needs worldwide.

You will:

• Collaborate in recruiting activities
• Support employees training and development
• Work on employer branding initiatives
• Take accountability for HR reporting and workpapers
• Prepare reports & presentations
• Support in Payroll process activities
• Gaining experience in dealing with local and international HR dynamics within a complex multinational environment

We offer a six-months Internship, and we are looking for someone to join as soon as possible

Our Company

EUROAPI is a new player in Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (API), carve out from Sanofi with the purpose of becoming a worldwide champion in API commercial and Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization (CDMO) activities.

Taking action for health by enabling access to essential therapies inspires our 3,350 people every day. Headquartered in Paris, Euroapi include 6 European API production sites located in Brindisi (Italy), Frankfurt (Germany), Haverhill (UK), St Aubin les Elbeuf (France), Budapest (Hungary) and Vertolaye (France).

Our Sales and CDMO teams are present in 11 countries to cover our customers in 80 countries.

The EUROAPI Italy facility is a vast production site with over 220 workers located in the industrial area of Brindisi with a history dating back to 1966. EUROAPI Italy is specialized in the development and manufacturing of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs), including antibiotics, vitamins, corticosteroids, and other intermediates by large scale fermentation under GMP conditions. The Brindisi site produces over 250 tons of different molecules per year and hosts a Development Science & Innovation (DS&I) biotechnological center. It is approved by the main health authorities and owns environment and workplace safety certifications.

Our Requirements

• Bachelor’s/master’s degree preferably in law, economics or similar  

• Welcome HR master’s degree     

• Good knowledge of Excel, Power Point, Social Tools               

• Good knowledge of English (level B2)      

• Passion for HR, great motivation and desire to learn   

• Availability for curricular internships, 38 hours per week.
