BI Platform Analyst

What you’ll achieve
As a BI Platform Analyst you will be part of our highly successful ERP/BI team, leading the Dedalus global transformation of our processes and systems for the international business and will include multiple regions and countries.
You will design and maintain Power BI data analytics platform, liaise with internal customers, as well as support activities ensuring timely delivery of quality functional and technical support services to the end users.
Working with an extended highly skilled team, you will be making a profound impact throughout the healthcare sector.
You will:

Design, build and maintain the technical infrastructure and components of our BI/Azure data platform

Perform system analysis, taking ownership of maintenance and error handling of deployed solutions

Monitor, recommend and improve data governance, including data modeling and data security

Advise and instruct the customer on the best use of Power BI reports to suit their business requirements

Work closely with business stakeholders and Business Analysts to solve real business problems

Develop visual reports and KPIs in Power BI

Here’s what you’ll need to succeed:Essential Requirements

Experience as a BI Platform Analyst, Solutions or Technical Consultant of Power Platform
-
Knowledge of Azure infrastructure and related services (including Azure SQL, Synapse Analytics and Analis Services)

Hands-on experience of Power BI system development as well as report creation
-
Experience reviewing business needs, researching potential solutions and providing solid process and technical recommendations
-
Ability to communicate technical aspects to non-technical shareholders
-
Solid customer relationship skills (The ability to obtain stakeholder buy-in and engage participants at all levels involved in discussions)
Desirable Requirements
-
Experience with Power BI DAX programming language
-
Knowledge of D365 Finance and Operations (F&O), D365 CRM, ServiceNow and/or HR (Workday)

Experience in internal helpdesk

Microsoft Power BI/Azure experience (certification is a plus)

Bachelor’s degree in computer science (Applications), Engineering, Math, Science, Technology, or related field
