- Participation à l’établissement du MtP 2026-2028 (Budget des actifs/fonds en direct et en indirect),
- Participation à la revue des Business Plans immeubles,
- Participation à la revue des Business Plans fonds,
- Suivi des UC immobilières (valeurs liquidatives, encours, allocation, …),
- Participation au calcul des valeurs liquidatives des fonds PAM (ATIM, Prestigimmo notamment).
Skills Required
- Participation in establishment of mid-term asset/fund budgets (MtP 2026-2028)
- Review of real estate business plans (immeubles) and fund business plans
- Monitoring real estate UC: net asset values, assets under management, allocation
- Participation in calculation of net asset values for PAM funds (ATIM, Prestigimmo)
