L’EQUIPE
L'équipe projets ressources naturelles, énergie, développement et financement d'infrastructures de Norton Rose Fulbright Paris compte 1 associé et 1 collaborateur.
L'équipe conseille principalement des acteurs des industries extractives (producteurs, négociants et établissements bancaires) opérant en Afrique francophone sur l'ensemble de leurs opérations, notamment corporate (acquisition/cessions d'actifs ou de sociétés, joint-venture, pacte d'actionnaires etc.), financement et regulatory / permitting.
LE STAGE PROPOSE
Missions
Dans le cadre du stage proposé, le/la stagiaire pourra notamment être amené(e) à effectuer des recherches juridiques, rédiger des consultations juridiques, rédiger des contrats, que ce soit en français ou en anglais, participer à des audits et, de façon plus générale, assister les collaborateurs et les associés dans la gestion quotidienne de leurs dossiers.
Profil
Elève-avocat(e) ou étudiant(e) en master 2 spécialisé en droit des affaires. Le/La stagiaire devra disposer de solides connaissances juridiques complétées, le cas échéant, par une double formation (IEP, université anglo-saxonne). La maîtrise de l'anglais est impérative tant à l'écrit qu'à l'oral.
