LE STAGE PROPOSE
Missions
Dans le cadre des stages proposés en contentieux et arbitrage, les stagiaires, fortement impliqués dans les dossiers du département avec les associés et collaborateurs, pourront être amené à effectuer des missions variées : recherches juridiques, rédaction de notes, projets d’assignations ou de conclusions, documents afférents à la procédure d’arbitrage, démarches au Palais, préparation et participation aux audiences, aide à la préparation de conférences et publications.
Profil
Elève-avocat(e) ou étudiant(e) en master 2, idéalement avec une première expérience en contentieux, arbitrage et/ou éthique des affaires, en cabinet ou en entreprise. Les stagiaires devront disposer de solides connaissances juridiques complétées, le cas échéant, par une double formation (école de commerce, IEP, université anglo-saxonne).
La maîtrise de l’anglais est impérative.
