Job Description
Principales Responsabilités :
- Permettre le dédouanement et le transport des marchandises dans les délais convenus avec le client
- Saisir des informations de transports dans le système Expeditors
- Optimiser le process de saisie des informations grâce aux outils informatiques disponibles
- Enregistrer les documents douaniers du client et les communications dans la librairie électronique Expeditors
- Préparer des bordereaux de transport et programmer des enlèvements
- Assurer le suivi des dossiers
- Imprimer et envoyer des factures clients
- Communiquer les informations auprès des clients, du réseau et des transporteurs
Qualifications
Formation et qualités requises :
- Excellente capacité à communiquer dans un milieu international
- Aisance avec les outils bureautiques (outlook, excel…)
- Sens de l’écoute et du détail
- Esprit d'équipe
- Anglais courant
Additional Information
- Le stagiaire sera intégré au sein d’une équipe de 45 personnes.
- Durée du stage : 6 mois - Démarrage : le plus tôt possible
- Horaires : du lundi au vendredi de 9h00 à 12h30 et de 13h30 à 17h00
- Indemnités de stage : 4,35 EUR par heure
- Tickets restaurant et prise en charge de 50% de l’abonnement de transport en commun
