RESPONSIBILITIES- Support staffing team, hiring managers, and candidates by coordinating interviews, scheduling, and logistics that create a welcoming and organized experience.
- Coordinate new hire onboarding, including New Hire Orientation, church and culture onboarding, campus onboarding plans, and ministry-specific training.
- Partner with teams across the church to schedule training, onboarding spaces, and resourcing that supports staff growth and development.
- Execute staff development and engagement initiatives that support retention and ongoing growth.
- Manage staff departure workflows with clarity, consistency, and excellence.
- Provide ongoing staffing and administrative support that strengthens the staff experience, including headshots, email signatures, system access, and special projects.
- Active participation in a church (we look for a lifestyle of inviting people to church, volunteering, generosity, and prioritizing community)
- Familiarity with scheduling tools, HR systems, or project management platforms (ex: Google suite, Robin, Asana, Auzmor, or similar tools).
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage logistics while maintaining a warm and welcoming presence.
- Energized by providing an excellent guest experience.
- Strong relational and communication skills with a heart for serving people through seasons of transition.
- A sense of deep purpose in helping connect people and resources to help individuals and our church grow.
- Experience supporting hiring, onboarding, or people-focused processes in a ministry, nonprofit, or service-driven organization.
- Experience working alongside multiple people and teams to collaborate and accomplish goals.
- We’re a Sunday-Thursday work environment. Monday-Thursday, we’re in the office (8:30AM - 5PM); on Sunday, we’re supporting the weekend worship experience either directly in our roles or by choosing a weekly serving opportunity at one of our Elevation Church campuses.
- There’s a lot to accomplish each week, so we’re pretty fast-paced. We’re also not afraid to pivot a strategy or project quickly to meet the needs of the weekend - adaptability is a key competence for us.
- Yes, we work hard. But we’re good at playing hard, too. We’re a creative staff, so there’s no shortage of activities around our offices to have some fun!
