OverviewThe Staffing Specialist must demonstrate knowledge in Federal Staffing experience, specifically utilizing USA Staffing system.
Note** This position is being recruited in support of potential future contract awards, and qualified candidates may be considered for upcoming opportunities supporting federal government clients.
Responsibilities- Full range of Federal Civilian staffing and placement duties
- Determine assessment methods
- Develop job analyses
- Build vacany announcements in USA Staffing system
- Assess candidate qualifications
- Issue Referral lists
- Other duties as assigned.
- 3-5 years Federal Civilian Staffing
- Public Trust Clearance
- USA Staffing system
- Experience/demonstrates thorough knowledge of laws, statutes, and regulations of Title 5
- Ability to work independently
- Demonstrated experience with Federal reduction in force and workforce reshaping efforts
- Experience in applying 5 C.F.R. Part 351.
- DEU - Delegated Examining Unit certification
Skills Required
- 3-5 years of Federal Civilian Staffing experience
