Seeking Staffing Coordinator!PRN (work as needed), Shifts and Days varyBaptist Health Floyd, Staffing OfficeSouthern Indiana/Louisville, Kentucky areaThe Staffing Coordinator is responsible for coordinating daily staffing operations across the hospital to support safe patient care and operational efficiency. This role manages staffing adjustments, call-ins, float assignments, and staffing resource allocation while collaborating with nursing leaders and departmental leadership. The Staffing Coordinator serves as a central communication resource for staffing operations in a 24/7 healthcare environment.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Associate’s degree Preferred
Two (2) years experience
Two (2) years healthcare scheduling, staffing or administrative experience preferred; Experience in hospital operations or staffing coordination preferred; Familiarity with staffing and scheduling systems (i.e. API, Workday) preferred; Proficient in Microsoft Office applications highly recommended.
