The Role
Job Summary & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • In collaboration with the RN Supervisors, maintain a master staffing plan for each unit. Works collaboratively with Staffing Manager to insure appropriate daily staffing coverage for each unit.
  • Maintains staffing pattern of attendance and processes personal time off.
  • Process payroll data such as staff transfers, wage changes , hours worked, etc/
  • Maintains reports related to nursing care hours, resource utilization and budgetary compliance.
  • Allocates nursing resources, including supplemental staff and reassignment of staff as per the instructions of RN Supervisors and/or Charge RNs for optimum utilization of nursing personnel.

Education Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED; College level education preferred (associate or bachelor’s degree)
Pay Range

$42,187.60- $52,743.60 per year
