Responsibilities:
- In collaboration with the RN Supervisors, maintain a master staffing plan for each unit. Works collaboratively with Staffing Manager to insure appropriate daily staffing coverage for each unit.
- Maintains staffing pattern of attendance and processes personal time off.
- Process payroll data such as staff transfers, wage changes , hours worked, etc/
- Maintains reports related to nursing care hours, resource utilization and budgetary compliance.
- Allocates nursing resources, including supplemental staff and reassignment of staff as per the instructions of RN Supervisors and/or Charge RNs for optimum utilization of nursing personnel.
Education Requirements
- High School diploma or GED; College level education preferred (associate or bachelor’s degree)
$42,187.60- $52,743.60 per year
