At Accurate Home Care, our Home Care team aids in empowering our patients to stay at home where they live their most quality life. This strong team of home health professionals manages the care of our patients while building relationships and ensuring a positive patient experience. The Staffing Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the care team.

What’s in it for me?

  • Location: Otsego Office / Hybrid schedule
  • Hours/days: Monday- Friday 8am-4:30pm
  • Hourly rate: $21.00- $24.00/hour

What will I be doing?

  • Ensure patient’s needs are being met by providing quality scheduling services, seeking their input and making appropriate schedule changes as needed.
  • Provide professional communication both verbal and written while providing exceptional customer service when communicating with employees, patients or Responsible Parties.
  • Maintain open and consistent communication with internal and external customers via phone and email.
Qualifications

What do I need to bring to the job?

  • Ability to read, write and speak fluently in English.
  • One year previous experience with data entry.
  • Experience with organization and customer service.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA standards.
