Under the direct supervision of the Nursing Director, the Staff Coordinator is responsible for allocating nursing staff (24/7schedule) based on a master schedule. The staffing coordinator works closely with Nursing Management to ensure appropriate staff coverage for the Nursing Units. Reviews staff schedules, identifies variances to staffing plan and contacts nursing staff for coverage.

- Clerical and PC skills required (Ms Word & Excel) strong math and scheduling experience preferred.
