Varco Home Health & Hospice is looking for an outgoing, motivated, and tech-savvy Recruiting Coordinator to join our Houston team!
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in recruiting, human resources, and healthcare administration.
No recruiting experience? No problem! We're looking for someone with a great personality, strong people skills, confidence using computers, and the ability to learn quickly. We'll teach you the recruiting side!
What You'll Be DoingConnect with potential candidates through phone calls, texts, and emails.
Help find and identify great candidates for our healthcare team.
Review applications and coordinate interviews.
Build relationships with candidates and keep them engaged throughout the hiring process.
Work with recruiting software, online job boards, and applicant tracking systems.
Keep candidate information organized and up to date.
Work closely with our HR team to help meet hiring goals.
Outgoing, friendly, and confident personality!
Someone who genuinely enjoys talking to people and building connections.
Strong communication skills and a professional phone presence.
Comfortable using computers, online platforms, and learning new software.
Quick learner who can adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Organized, dependable, and able to multitask.
Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable taking initiative.
High school diploma or GED required.
No previous recruiting or HR experience required!
$17.00–$19.00 per hour
