Essential Duties and Responsibilities: The below description may not be exhaustive of duties and responsibilities, other duties may be assigned by supervisor as needed.

Adheres to the Agency Policies and Procedures when scheduling and assigning staff to cases.

Ensure all staff assigned meet compliance standards.

Serves as the point person when on-call for the Staffing team, independently handling day-to-day operational issues, staffing challenges, and escalated concerns, partnering with the local leader to ensure prompt and thorough resolution

Ensure that all active cases are staffed with appropriate caregivers, independently evaluating client needs and caregiver qualifications
-
Ensure proper, timely and accurate documentation through ClearCare for all caregiver and team communications, all our operational processes, including those related to applicants, new clients, employees, and regulatory requirements

Responds to client within 15 minutes

Maintain and update patient rosters, as directed.

Maintain and update scheduling lists.
Required Skills, Education and Certifications:
-
High School Graduate with some College or business education preferred.

One or two years’ experience of office work in a health care setting.

Pleasant, professional and polite phone skills/Communication/grammar skills with clients, referral sources, other colleagues and professionals (in person, in emails, in faxes and over the phone.)

Open, professional and strong Teamwork and Relationships skills with other colleagues.

Maintains patient confidentiality at all times.

Manage and solve the various issues at all responsible programs

Ability to coordinate multiple activities concurrently

Demonstrates knowledge of computer skills including Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel.
Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds

Ability to sit, stand and walk for prolonged periods of time throughout the work day

Ability to use standard office equipment such as personal computer, laptop, telephone, photocopy machine, etc.
Hourly Rate: $19-22/hour + Stipend
