We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team on a 1099 contract basis. This role is for an experienced professional who has a proven track record in business development within the staffing industry and comes with an established network of contacts and a strong Rolodex.
Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Technical Business Development Representative to generate new business, bring in requisitions (reqs), and secure meetings with hiring managers. This is a performance-based role, with monthly pay and lucrative incentives for each qualified req. Success in this role is based on your performance, and we’re looking for someone who can prove their value within the first 30 days.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leverage your existing Rolodex and network to generate and secure new business opportunities within the staffing industry, specifically for technical roles.
- Bring in qualified requisitions (reqs) and secure meetings with hiring managers to discuss staffing needs.
- Proactively identify and target new clients in need of staffing solutions, building long-term relationships.
- Demonstrate your ability to produce results and bring in business within 30 days.
- Work independently to manage your business development efforts and achieve growth targets.
- Maintain strong communication with clients and understand their evolving staffing needs.
- Collaborate with the staffing team to ensure the fulfillment of client reqs and provide quality talent.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in business development within the staffing industry, particularly in technical recruiting.
- Existing Rolodex of contacts and the ability to immediately bring in qualified requisitions (reqs).
- Ability to work independently and manage your pipeline of opportunities effectively.
- Demonstrated success in securing meetings with hiring managers and filling staffing needs.
- Ability to prove performance within the first 30 days.
- Experience working on a 1099 contractor basis with performance-based compensation.
Compensation Package:
- Base Monthly Salary: $3,500/month for consistent performance and base pay.
- Incentives: Lucrative pay per qualified requisition brought in, with performance-based bonuses for successful outcomes.
