Position Summary
The Staffing Assistant supports the overall efforts of the Staffing team, including high-quality service delivery, client relationship management, and caregiver recruitment, development, and retention. The Staffing Assistant will help ensure HCA’s consistent and high-quality operations, the accuracy of caregiver records, and, when fully trained, direct management of the office’s caregiver team.
Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Excellent customer service skills.
Computer proficiency and ability to document timely and accurately in system .
Excellent phone etiquette.
Preferred
One year of experience in health care, elder care, social work or related industry
Bilingual English/Spanish
