The Staffing Assistant supports the overall including high-quality service delivery, client relationship management, and caregiver recruitment, development, and retention. The Staffing Assistant will help ensure all referrals are consistent and high-quality. Also keeping track of the caregiver records.
Minimum qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Computer proficiency and ability to document timely and accurately in system.
- Excellent phone etiquette.
Preferred
- One year of experience in health care.
- Bilingual English/Spanish
