What you’ll do:

  • Join as an early member of the growing Wonders design team and meaningfully contribute to shaping the team’s culture and processes
  • Own the user experience for key high-visibility product initiatives at Wonders, all the way from initial concepting and prototyping through to development, launch, and continued iteration
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across product, engineering, operations, and more
  • Participate in and lead user interviews and user research to ensure we’re always solving for their core needs
  • Working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment where you will always be learning and growing

About you:

  • 5+ years of UX design experience
  • Demonstrated experience owning and driving design from ideation through to implementation and iteration
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and storytelling skills, especially with product and engineering but also with cross-functional teams and leads
  • Experience conducting user interviews and user research
  • Bias for action and a drive to get things done, wearing multiple hats as needed
  • Excitement to build products for restaurant owners and operators

Bonus points:

  • Experience building 0 to 1 products
  • Experience contributing to and/or creating design systems and tooling
  • Experiencing coaching and/or mentoring other design team members
  • Experience working in the restaurant industry or on restaurant technology

The base salary range for this role is $200,000- $250,000 + equity.
