データ・デジタル&テクノロジー部門内のカスタマーエクスペリエンスチームでは、医療従事者や患者、社内ステークホルダーの声に丁寧に耳を傾け、より良いサービスを届けることに全力で取り組んでいます.
中でもエクスペリエンスデザインチームは、ユーザー視点に立ったUX設計とUI改善を通じて、医療従事者の業務や意思決定を支援するデジタル体験の設計を担っています.多様なバックグラウンドを持つメンバーと共に、製薬業界における新しい顧客体験のあり方を共に創っていく仲間を募集します.
職務内容
医療従事者向けのWebサービス、アプリケーション、オンラインキャンペーンなど、さまざまなタッチポイントにおけるUX/UIデザインをリードし、ユーザー体験の最適化に取り組んでいただきます.
- 医療従事者のジャーニー全体を見据えた体験設計（オンライン／オフライン連携含む）
- ユーザーリサーチ、ユーザビリティテストの企画・実施・分析
- 定量・定性データに基づいたUX・UI設計
- デザインツールを活用したプロトタイピングとインタラクション設計
- 社内ステークホルダー（プロダクトオーナー、エンジニア、マーケター等）との連携と合意形成
- ブランドやアクセシビリティに配慮したデザインシステムの構築・運用
- 新規および既存プロダクトのUX/UIレビューと改善
- 社内に向けたデザイン思考や最新UX/UIトレンドの発信

＜必須要件＞
- Web、アプリのプロダクトデザイナーとしての実務経験（5年以上が望ましい）
- サービスやプロダクトの企画からリリースまでをリードした経験
- ユーザーリサーチやユーザビリティテストの計画・実査経験
- ブランドやアクセシビリティを考慮したデザインシステムやガイドラインの構築経験
- Figma等のデザインツールを用いた実務でのUIデザインおよびプロトタイピング経験
- アジャイル開発の経験・知識
＜歓迎要件＞
- 製薬業界における業務経験
- コンサルティングファームや受託チームでの複数業界へのデザイン支援経験
- Google Analytics等のアクセス解析ツールを用いたデータドリブンなデザインの実践経験
- HTML/CSS/JavaScript等のフロントエンド技術に対する理解
- デザイン組織やチームの立ち上げ・運営経験

勤務時間:本社（大阪市中央区・東京都中央区）9:00～17:30 、工場（山口県光市・大阪市淀川区）8:00～16:45 、研究所（神奈川県藤沢市）9:00～17:45
休日:土曜、日曜、祝日、メーデー、年末年始など（年間123日程度）
働き方関連制度:フレックスタイム制、テレワーク勤務制導入（対象社員）
