Own technical success for a large customer portfolio through scalable workshops, office hours, webinars, digital enablement, and targeted outreach. Analyze usage data to improve adoption, create self-service educational content, synthesize customer feedback, and collaborate with Sales, Product, Support, and Education. Advise customers on integrating Snyk’s application security capabilities into developer workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and AI-assisted development practices.

Serve as the senior escalation point for complex technical support issues, diagnosing root causes through diagnostic tools and codebase investigation.
