Lead product discovery, validation, roadmap development, and execution for Snyk’s Agent Security division. Partner with engineering, design, customers, leadership, and go-to-market teams to develop AI security products from concept through product-market fit. The role requires strong technical and product management expertise, comfort with ambiguity, effective communication, and experience launching early-stage SaaS or developer tooling products.

Develop and support Salesforce-based sales and marketing automation solutions. Responsibilities include designing integrations with external systems, troubleshooting complex issues, debugging code, analyzing requirements, managing Salesforce security controls, supporting users, and delivering solutions through Agile processes. Collaborate with sales, engineering, product, and customer success teams; document outcomes and objections; and progressively manage more complex accounts and technical scenarios.

Own revenue accounting, marketplace operations, month-end close, reconciliations, contract modification analysis, revenue recognition, audit schedules, and financial reporting. Partner with Deal Desk, FP&A, Strategy Ops, and Business Applications on ASC 606 matters, system enhancements, and process automation across Salesforce, Zone Billing, and NetSuite ARM. Lead reporting improvements and revenue metric visualization using Sigma and Claude.

Manage strategic enterprise customers, guiding adoption of Snyk’s application security platform and leading DevSecOps transformations. Build executive and technical relationships, design onboarding strategies, facilitate QBRs, demonstrate ROI, identify expansion opportunities, advocate for customer needs, and coordinate internal resources to resolve complex technical challenges.

Threat model and secure Snyk’s GCP and AWS cloud infrastructure by creating Terraform, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and GitOps fixes. Use AI coding agents and MCP-connected cloud data to automate security remediation across repositories. Harden IAM, Kubernetes, containers, and deployment pipelines; implement CSPM and security testing; benchmark against CIS, ISO 27001, and NIST 800-53; review AI-generated changes; and consult with platform teams to drive secure implementations.

Own strategic technical success for Fortune 100 enterprise customers, driving adoption, retention, onboarding, and expansion of Snyk’s application security platform. Build trusted relationships with engineering and security leaders, lead business reviews, demonstrate ROI through data-driven storytelling, advocate for customer needs, and coordinate resources to resolve technical challenges and support DevSecOps transformations.

Own technical success for a large customer portfolio through scalable workshops, office hours, webinars, digital enablement, and targeted outreach. Analyze usage data to improve adoption, create self-service educational content, synthesize customer feedback, and collaborate with Sales, Product, Support, and Education. Advise customers on integrating Snyk’s application security capabilities into developer workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and AI-assisted development practices.

Serve as the senior escalation point for complex technical support issues, diagnosing root causes through diagnostic tools and codebase investigation. Coordinate with Engineering, R&D, and Product to resolve bugs and recurring customer problems. Mentor support engineers, manage customer escalations, communicate with technical and senior stakeholders, improve support processes and tooling, and help achieve quality, response-time, and resolution KPIs.

Serve as strategic HR business partner to global R&D (engineering, product, design). Advise senior leaders on org design, workforce planning, talent strategy, and succession. Coach managers, handle complex employee relations, use people analytics to inform decisions, drive participation in talent programs, and partner with cross-functional People teams. Act as individual contributor with potential to build and lead an R&D People team.

Lead pre- and post-sales solution architecture for enterprise customers, leveraging AppSec and AI-native expertise to drive deals, define scalable architectures, quantify ROI, influence product direction, and deliver technical presentations to technical and executive audiences.

Manage office administrative operations and front-desk reception; enforce security protocols; coordinate vendors, events, internal communications, and local culture initiatives; partner with People, Inclusion, IT, legal, and executive teams; streamline local processes and support branding and office projects.

Lead a layered enterprise sales organization, directly manage Enterprise Account Directors and a manager of Mid-Market reps, own revenue targets, drive pipeline and deal strategy, coach and develop managers and reps, collaborate cross-functionally, and engage in strategic deal-closing and forecasting to accelerate growth.

Own recurring sales operations reporting, forecast rollups, KPI tracking, CRM data hygiene, and sales analytics. Technical lead for Snyk partnerships with Accenture and Deloitte: embed in product work (Evo, Agent Scan), build joint solutions and reference architectures, deliver workshops and enablement, articulate AI-native application security to technical and executive stakeholders, and drive partner technical enablement and adoption.

Serve as the strategic procurement owner for Finance, Legal, CIS, and People & Workplace. Own full Source-to-Pay lifecycle for G&A categories, embed with stakeholders, drive P2P adoption and data quality, manage month-end close activities, enforce controls and audit readiness, and optimize SaaS spend and procurement systems (Coupa/ERP).
