The Senior Business Systems Analyst will partner with finance to automate financial processes, analyze workflows, design tech solutions, and manage projects ensuring system reliability while mentoring juniors.

Own strategic success and adoption for enterprise customers by designing onboarding programs, driving DevSecOps and application security transformations, building executive relationships, delivering data-backed QBRs, mobilizing resources to remove adoption barriers, and advocating customer needs across Product, Sales, and Support to drive retention and expansion.

Own technical success for a large portfolio via one-to-many programs (workshops, webinars, office hours), analyze usage to drive adoption, create self-serve content, coach customers on embedding AppSec into CI/CD and developer workflows, and synthesize customer feedback to influence product.

Own technical strategy for large enterprise opportunities: craft value realization frameworks, build ROI/TCO models, present to executive stakeholders, drive land-and-expand, and liaise with product and engineering to solve complex AppSec and cloud-native challenges.

Serve as a trusted technical partner for enterprise customers to drive adoption of Snyk's Application Security platform. Deliver onboarding, remove adoption barriers, coordinate resources, run QBRs using data to show ROI, advocate customer needs internally, and identify expansion opportunities while guiding engineering and security teams through DevSecOps transformations.

Own high-volume, multi-channel prospecting across strategic and enterprise accounts in ANZ. Run account-based outreach in Salesloft/Salesforce, mentor junior SDRs, partner with AEs to build enterprise pipeline, refine messaging and playbooks, and consistently exceed pipeline and meeting-generation targets.

Lead cloud and identity security across Snyk's multi-cloud estate (AWS/GCP). Own cloud IAM and least-privilege, CSPM/CNAPP posture, detection and prevention, Kubernetes and enterprise IdP security. Build preventative IaC guardrails, AI/agent automation for remediation and investigations, secure AI adoption and model pipelines, and mentor engineers while participating in on-call rotations and incident response.

Lead pre- and post-sales technical efforts as a subject matter expert in application security and AI-native development. Create solution architectures, support large deals, unblock technical issues, influence product strategy with field feedback, deliver technical presentations to diverse audiences, and mentor the global Solutions Engineering community.

Plan and execute field and partner marketing programs across EMEA to drive pipeline: ABM, events, webinars, partner co-marketing and enablement. Localize global campaigns, align with Sales, track performance and ROI in Salesforce and PRM tooling, and manage regional budgets and partner MDF.

Support global People Operations and Total Rewards by managing onboarding, I-9/right-to-work checks, Workday transactions, employee lifecycle data integrity, audit documentation, inbound People requests, and maintaining resources. Drive a smooth employee experience and surface AI/automation opportunities.

Lead regional channel partner strategy and execution across the US West territory. Recruit, enable, and manage security-focused partners, align them with Snyk sales teams, drive pipeline and performance, and run regular business reviews and reporting.

Lead technical strategy and sales engineering for Snyk Evo, translating AI-native development risk into evaluations, pilots, ROI/TCO models, and enterprise technical validations. Architect solutions, run hands-on proofs of concept across agentic AI, MCP servers, LLM-assisted coding and AppSec, engage C-suite and engineering stakeholders, drive land-and-expand initiatives, and feed product insights back to engineering.

Lead and deliver customer onboarding projects for Snyk from kickoff to closure. Manage multiple implementations, run Spanish-language stakeholder calls, plan and track delivery, mitigate risks, and collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Support to embed Snyk into customers' SDLC and DevOps workflows.

Serve as strategic HR business partner to global R&D (engineering, product, design). Advise senior leaders on org design, workforce planning, talent strategy, and succession. Coach managers, handle complex employee relations, use people analytics to inform decisions, drive participation in talent programs, and partner with cross-functional People teams. Act as individual contributor with potential to build and lead an R&D People team.

Lead North America accounting operations and global consolidation, manage a Senior Accountant, oversee monthly close and reconciliations, drive flux analysis, strengthen internal controls, support SOX and external audits, partner cross-functionally to standardize processes and implement systems, and drive automation for scalable global financial reporting.

Lead pre- and post-sales solution architecture for enterprise customers, leveraging AppSec and AI-native expertise to drive deals, define scalable architectures, quantify ROI, influence product direction, and deliver technical presentations to technical and executive audiences.

Manage office administrative operations and front-desk reception; enforce security protocols; coordinate vendors, events, internal communications, and local culture initiatives; partner with People, Inclusion, IT, legal, and executive teams; streamline local processes and support branding and office projects.

Lead and manage a Mid-Enterprise sales team focused on land-and-expand motions. Forecast renewals and new business, partner with Sales Ops and Customer Success to identify expansion and commercial risk, run status meetings and QBRs, join customer calls to close deals, and drive process and tooling improvements to scale team performance.

Lead a layered enterprise sales organization, directly manage Enterprise Account Directors and a manager of Mid-Market reps, own revenue targets, drive pipeline and deal strategy, coach and develop managers and reps, collaborate cross-functionally, and engage in strategic deal-closing and forecasting to accelerate growth.
