Roles and Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for
Project Management:
Lead and manage multiple SaaS Releases aligned with SaaS program from initiation to completion.
Develop detailed project/release plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
Monitor project/release progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Ensure project/release are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Quality Assurance/Testing:
Own the QA/testing process, ensuring rigorous testing standards are met.
Develop and implement QA strategies, test plans, and test cases.
Coordinate with QA teams to execute manual and automated testing.
Track and report on testing progress, defects, and resolutions.
Scrum Facilitation:
Act as a Scrum Master for one or more Scrum teams.
Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Ensure the team follows agile principles and practices.
Remove impediments and foster a collaborative team environment.
Stakeholder Management:
Communicate project/release status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA engineers, and product managers.
Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment with project goals.
Continuous Improvement:
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.
Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies.
Mentor and coach team members to enhance their skills and performance.
Education Qualification
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or in “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) or related field (Master's degree preferred).
• 10+ Years of experience in Technical Project Management, experience in Agile Methodologies.
Strong expertise agile project management tools Rally, MS Project, etc..
• Strong expertise in driving Quality Assurance/Testing
• Exposure to Software Development Life cycle management.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
