We are seeking a highly experienced Staff Technical Program Manager to drive end-to-end delivery across a complex, AI-driven engineering ecosystem. This role is responsible for orchestrating multi-team execution, managing cross-functional dependencies, and ensuring predictable, high-quality delivery across engineering, product, design, and platform teams.

The ideal candidate will combine strong technical acumen with exceptional program management expertise, enabling seamless coordination across distributed teams, platforms, and stakeholders. You will serve as the central point of alignment for delivery planning, risk management, release execution, and operational excellence, ensuring business objectives are translated into successful technical outcomes.


RequirementsKey Responsibilities
  • Own and maintain the integrated delivery roadmap across multiple engineering teams, shared resources, and platform dependencies.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration by managing dependencies across engineering, product, design, platform, and external partner teams.
  • Establish and lead delivery governance through sprint reviews, dependency tracking, milestone planning, release coordination, and risk management forums.
  • Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate program risks, ensuring timely resolution of blockers and minimizing delivery disruptions.
  • Create executive-level visibility into program health through concise reporting, actionable insights, and data-driven status updates.
  • Coordinate release planning, deployment readiness, go-live activities, and post-release reviews to ensure smooth product launches.
  • Monitor critical-path dependencies and align stakeholders to maintain delivery momentum and strategic priorities.
  • Facilitate technical discussions and collaborate with engineering teams to resolve architectural, API, integration, and platform-related challenges.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery efficiency, operational transparency, and execution quality.
  • Foster strong partnerships across Engineering, Product, Design, QA, and Leadership teams to support business growth and innovation.
What Makes You a Great Fit
  • 10–14 years of Technical Program Management experience, including leading large-scale, multi-team technology programs.
  • Strong technical foundation with the ability to understand architecture, APIs, distributed systems, event-driven platforms, and complex engineering dependencies.
  • Proven experience managing cross-functional programs involving multiple stakeholders, teams, and external dependencies.
  • Deep understanding of Agile delivery practices, release management, dependency management, and program governance.
  • Experience working with AI-powered products, platform ecosystems, or highly scalable SaaS environments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate risks and drive proactive resolutions.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of translating technical complexities into clear business outcomes for executive stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated success influencing senior leadership and driving alignment across engineering, product, and business functions.
  • A process-improvement mindset with a focus on delivery excellence, operational efficiency, and scalable execution frameworks.
