Your team will:
- Work on high-impact projects that solve critical business problems.
- Develop and maintain scalable, high-performance systems.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality software.
- Continuously improve the team's processes and practices to enhance productivity and quality.
- Engage in regular knowledge sharing and technical discussions to foster a collaborative environment.
You will:
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of complex software solutions.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.
- Ensure the scalability, performance, and reliability of our systems.
- Drive technical innovation and advocate for best practices in software engineering.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
- Contribute to the development of technical roadmaps and strategies.
About you:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on backend systems.
- Proven experience leading technical teams and projects.
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, or Go.
- Strong understanding of software architecture and design principles.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of data processing frameworks such as Apache Spark or Hadoop.
- Experience with microservices architecture and RESTful APIs.
- Understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
