About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled Staff Talent Sourcer to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate is an expert in leveraging AI tools, data analytics, and emerging technologies to source and build robust candidate pipelines across diverse skill sets. This role requires strong project management skills, proficiency in social media sourcing, and a proven track record of using AI-driven recruiting strategies to attract top talent.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize AI-powered tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, AI sourcing platforms, chatbots) to identify, engage, and attract high-quality candidates.
  • Leverage data analytics to optimize sourcing strategies, track pipeline metrics, and improve recruitment outcomes.
  • Build and maintain diverse candidate pipelines across multiple skill sets, ensuring a steady flow of qualified talent for current and future roles
  • Execute innovative sourcing campaigns on platforms like LinkedIn, X, GitHub, and niche communities to engage passive and active candidates.
  • Lead sourcing projects, coordinate with hiring managers, and manage timelines to meet recruitment goals efficiently.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends by adopting and integrating new AI tools, sourcing platforms, and recruitment technologies.
  • Partner with the Talent Acquisition team and hiring managers to align sourcing strategies with organizational needs and diversity goals.

Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 8+ years of experience in talent sourcing or recruiting, with a focus on AI-driven and data-informed strategies.
  • Experience using AI-powered sourcing platforms and chatbots to identify and engage candidates.
  • Familiarity with data analytics for recruitment, including sourcing metrics and pipeline tracking.
  • Proven success in sourcing candidates through social media platforms like LinkedIn, X, and professional networks.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple sourcing projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience researching and evaluating new sourcing tools and technologies using data driven insights to enhance recruitment strategies.
  • Ability to research talent markets and pools, leveraging data to identify trends, skill availability, and competitive hiring landscapes.
  • Knowledge of niche job boards, diversity sourcing strategies, or industry-specific recruiting is a plus.

Estimated Starting Salary Range
The estimated starting salary range for this role is $118,000 - $140,000 annually less applicable withholdings and deductions, paid on a bi-weekly basis. The actual salary offered may vary based on relevant factors as determined in the Company’s discretion, which may include experience, qualifications, tenure, skill set, availability of qualified candidates, geographic location, certifications held, and other criteria deemed pertinent to the particular role.
