The Staff Solution Engineer - UiPath for Cytiva is responsible for crucial delivery and maintenance of solutions automating business processes via creation of robotic processes utilizing UiPath platform. In this role you will be responsible for working closely with Cytiva Associates and Contractors to deliver solutions and maintain existing ones as we grow our capacity and extend our offering of solutions to our key stakeholders.

This position is part of the Enabling Tools – Automation Team located globally with strong presence in Cytiva Poland and will be hiring on-site in Cytiva Krakow office. At Cytiva, our vision is, to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery.

What you will do:

• Analyze existing solutions and build new solutions for our IT departments and business.

• Work closely with our team to design and document solutions incorporating multiple technologies and integrations such as Oracle, SAP, Salesforce and more.

• Take part in our regular UiPath meetings with many opportunities to take part in training, virtual workshops and certification.

• Have opportunity to grow your role into direction of architecture and solution design to broaden your area of expertise.

• Keep upgrading and optimizing operation of existing robots to optimize time utilized by them and explore new areas such as UiPath Agentic AI or Process Mining.

Who you are:

We are looking for a candidate who:

• Have at least bachelor’s degree in information technologies or similar STEM degree.

• Have at least 3 years or more of experience working with UiPath and automation of processes.

• Are familiar with server technologies and have experience working with AWS / Azure.

• Have experience working with Databases and APIs.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Working with JIRA, Confluence and Aha!

• Working with incident and change management within ServiceNow.

• You have an experience working on complex projects involving multiple systems and ERP systems

Location: onsite in Kraków with possibility to work in a hybrid set up.
