Your Team, Your Impact

This FAE will be responsible for pre/post-sales support customer-facing design-in, bring-up, validation, and debug across PAM4 DSP, TIA/Driver, and AEC/ACC. Partner with customers from proposal to production, closing design wins and accelerating time-to-quality through hands-on lab work, SI/PI guidance, and fast issue resolution. Post-sales tasks include assisting customers with their designs, debug, training customers, design conversions, and working with marketing/sales/quality and customer to improve the overall experience.

What You Can Expect

  • Support customers in DSP software and optical module and AEC firmware development, system bring-up, testing, debugging, and testing.

  • Provide pre-sales technical support, including delivering product demonstrations, technical presentations, and design proposals to achieve design wins.

  • Deliver post-sales assistance, including system validation, design troubleshooting, firmware updates, and customer training.

  • Align customer design requirements with company technologies and assist in proposal and solution development.

  • Identify and track new design opportunities, guiding customers through their development and integration process.

  • Provide onsite and remote support for real-time customer issues involving software, firmware, and hardware.

  • Collaborate with internal R&D, product, and marketing teams to optimize products and improve the overall customer experience.

  • Prepare technical documentation, training materials, and conduct sessions for customers and distributors.

What We're Looking For

  • Education:

    • Master’s degree or Bachelor’s degree, in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, Softwere Engineering

    • Master’s degree with 1–5 years of Optical module R&D experience.

    • Bachelor’s degree with 3–7 years of Optical module R&D experience.

  • Technical Skills:

    • Solid understanding of DSP algorithms, embedded systems, and firmware architecture.

    • Proficiency in C programming; familiarity with Python for automation and testing is a plus.

    • Hands-on experience in optical module firmware, module debug/control software design/hardware design or telecommunication, data communication etc.

    • Familiar with debugging tools such as oscilloscopes, network analyzers, and software version control systems.

  • Soft Skills:

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.

    • Excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English (written and verbal).

    • Self-motivated and capable of working independently as well as in cross-functional teams.

    • Demonstrates sound judgment in selecting methods and techniques for diverse technical challenges.
