- Capable of developing and communicating cross-team architectural solutions

- Solid technical skills in more than two programming languages

- Can effectively estimate engineering work within 6-to 12-month timelines with varying degrees of accuracy

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- 12 to 15 years of relevant experience
- A Bachelor's Degree preferred
