The Role | Staff Software Engineer
As a Staff Software Engineer at Endeavor, you will help optimize our application and make our key business cases run faster. You’ll find the bottlenecks in a messy code base and make improvements independently. This is an opportunity to work with a high level of autonomy designing database schemas, improving code quality, and improving our existing design.
What We Require
Experience designing database schemas, solving performance issues, and improving code quality.
Experience building a full stack feature.
Experience with Python web apps (FastAPI/Flask)
Experience with Postgres and SQLAlchemy.
