Role Overview & Position: Staff Software EngineerSeeking a highly motivated, experienced, and enthusiastic development engineer to contribute towards the development efforts. The responsibility will be aligned towards design, implementation, and automation activities. Should be an excellent team member with good attitude towards problem solving. Should have attitude to embrace new challenges, quick learner. Should have good communication skills. Should be flexible to work in and contribute in different SDLC cycle as needed.Candidates Profile:B.E/B.Tech/MCA in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field required. 8+ years of software development experience. Primary skills are Advanced C++/C. Subject matter expert on one of the widely used operating system (Windows, Linux etc.) Excellent debugging skills to resolve the complex issues. Expert in one of the debugging tool. Experience towards high-performance under distributed database. Experience of high-speed message queues   Good understanding about build process. Good knowledge on communication protocols, multithreaded concepts. Excellent communication skills. Good knowledge on scripts (Perl | Python) will be added advantage. Excellent logical thinking and able to resolve the issues with never say die attitude. Very strong command on one of the operating system/kernel and able to utilize that experience in the work. Able to mentor or resolve complex issue around operating system. Exposure to one of the cloud provider solution Great urge to learn new things, innovate and incorporate those in product. Good team player. Exceptional knowledge and proven experience with Object Oriented design and development. Produce excellent results with minimal supervision. Strong analytic skills. Strong quality orientation and customer focus. Real-time systems, C/C++ programmer Cross-platform development Network programming Distributed client/server systems Experience of NoSQL databasesKey Areas of Responsibility:Design, implement, review and automation Participate in reviews of code, design and requirement specifications to ensure feasibility Provide regular updates on progress and delays encountered during development Improve team's technical capabilities and establish best practices for software development or test with the respective domain. Share the experience and ideas towards performance improvement on multi-server environments
