Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

·         As Staff Software Engineer you will be part of a Scrum team inclusive of a Software Engineers, Quality Engineers, Software Architects and Product Owner.

·         You will handle the design, execution and maintenance of automated and manual system, module, and unit test cases, performance tests and test environment.

·         Testing experience with product having Tech stack on Microsoft C#.Net/WCF/SQL DB

·         Experience in Healthcare Domain

·         Understanding of Healthcare standards - DICOM/HL7/IHE

·         Expertise on Cloud Deployment and Test strategy for Cloud Solutions on AWS.

·         Extensive expertise on Automation Frameworks and Test Automation.

·         Demonstrate awareness of the various testing types and methodologies

·         Perform testing of features for the product as per assigned test cases and capture the results as per specified QMS policies

·         Write code using programming as well as scripting languages required to automate testing

·         Learn new testing techniques and designs test cases to improve quality

·         Demonstrate awareness of SDLC and methodologies like Lean/Agile/XP, CI, Software and Product Security, Scalability, Documentation Practices, refactoring and Testing Techniques

·         Understand performance parameters and can assess application performance

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or in “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths)

• A minimum of 12 years of professional experience in Testing

• Technical expertise in System Software Design and Test, Data Structures and Software Reliability and Distributed System Architecture

• Experience Testing Enterprise applications using Microsoft C#.Net/WCF/SQL DB

• Experience with Databases such as SQL Server.

• Experience with public cloud infrastructures such as AWS

• Expert understanding of functional and nonfunctional requirements

• Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.

• Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Experience in building scalable and highly available distributed systems
• Expert in breaking down problems and estimate time for development tasks
