Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:

Architect, design, implement, and optimize platform designs.

Work on core data structures and algorithms and implement them using the selected technologies.
-
Provide technical leadership and mentoring to an agile team.
-
Work with Product Owners to understand product requirements & vision.
-
Translate requirements / vision into prioritized list of user stories and deliver to required timelines and quality standards.

Drive increased efficiency across teams, eliminating duplication, leveraging product and technology reuse.

Support process improvements which guide the development, sustaining & support activities.

Apply principles of Software Development Life Cycle and methodologies like Lean/Agile/XP, Continuous Integration, Software and Product Security, Scalability, Documentation Practices, refactoring and Testing Techniques.

Write code that meets standards and delivers desired functionality using the technology selected for the project.

Responsible for facilitating the Scrum process, ensuring the team follows Agile principles, and removing impediments to the team’s progress. Their primary goal is to enable the team to deliver value efficiently and effectively while maintaining a collaborative and self-organizing environment.
Educational Qualifications:
-
Master’s Degree / PhD in Computer Science or Bachelor' s Degree in Computer Science or STEM.
Technical Expertise:
-
10+ or more years of experience in hands-on coding and design using C++.

Strong and detailed C++ knowledge from fundamentals through advanced concepts.

Strong knowledge of design and OOPS concepts.
-
Good knowledge of wireless domain - 802.11 architecture
Desired Characteristics:

Experience working on software in the Healthcare domain.
