JOB DUTIES: Deliver efficient, maintainable, and robust enterprise solutions in a microservices environment. Design and implement intuitive, maintainable, responsive user interfaces using golang, kafka, postgresql, and implement object models for our microservices and expose them via REST API. Maintain and integrate with existing applications by implementing new features and fixing defects. Collaborate with peers on designs, code reviews, testing, and UX/interactive designs. Build prototypes used to collect user feedback in order to iterate through design choices. Develop automated tests across the full stack, complete with code-coverage metrics. Deliver efficient, maintainable, and robust golang based microservices. Produce designs and rough estimates, and implement features based on product requirements. Produce unit and end-to-end tests to improve code quality and maximize code coverage for new and existing features. Develop data aggregation and transformation pipelines using tools such as DBT, Airflow, Snowflake and Flink.
JOB REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Applied Computer Science, Computer Applications, Information Systems, Software Engineering (or foreign equivalent), or a related field and 5 years of experience building complex enterprise software solutions. 5 years of experience to include: use of modern object-oriented programming language in C# or Go; relational database management systems: Postgresql, Mysql, or Microsoft SQL; and maintain existing systems by identifying and correcting software defects; write unit tests and participate in code reviews; maintain documentation of written components; work from written specifications and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job; and contribute to innovation by investigating and developing skills in new technologies. 3 of the 5 years of experience to include building, deploying, and operating web-based software applications in a cloud hosting provider: AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.

As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the SailPoint Corporate Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission, along with potential eligibility for equity participation. SailPoint maintains broad salary ranges for its roles to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect SailPoint's differing products, industries, and lines of business. Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity. We estimate the base salary, for US-based employees, will be in this range from (min-mid-max, USD):
Base salaries for employees based in other locations are competitive for the employee's home location.
